It's been pretty perfect! Moe has been my property manager for years. He recently served as my realtor as well (ensuring the property was clean, etc. for showings; potential tenants were vetted to high standards; market analysis was done). I really appreciate his forward thinking about maintenance and repairs for the property (gutter cleaning, air conditioner, heat updates, etc.)
Description of Work: I was moving out of state and needed property management for my 2 family house. I interviewed several companies. Most gave me their prices over the phone - set based on the location and each company's predetermined services they offered. I hired Moe from ABDM Property Management for several reasons: he came to the property and walked through it with me; we discussed what I needed and not just what he offered; he was easy to talk to and I knew he was experienced; and he tailored his pricing to within my price range.

Excellent! Moe Abdelsamad coordinated every phase and over saw the projects to renovate my property after I had to evict the previous tenants that destroyed my property. Then he rented my property for the past years with constant increases to accommodate for market rent. Description of Work: Property management and complete renovations, new septic system, complete property renovations, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, painting, new heater, new oil tank, and new electrical panel installed.
